EQ2 news update.

Hi all, its been a while!

With the new TSO expansion has come some much needed 2 group content and some very good gear upgrades. This means we can do more with less, so once again we prove our skill and determination by killing more t8 bosses and having a look at some of the t9 ones. Some goals were met with Tairiza the Widow Mistress and the Sisters in Shard of hate being downed, gratz to all who need the big spider for the mythical update. ATM we are looking to push into Korsha and Leviathian as these are the next raids for progression into t9. Keep up the good work!

After some preparation of Frost Resist gear the fight was on - and proved to be fairly easy as far as new boss encounters go. Compared to Thorim he was a doddle, although the constant movement made life a bit difficult for the healers. Next onto Mimiron, General and finally Yogg-Saron himself. Well done guys and gals!

Despite some stupidity from yours truly and a drunken rogue SA:R1 managed to down Thorim in 10 man this evening. Or rather, Thorim bravely surrendered and then offered to help us mash Yogg-Saron, which was quite gracious of him, although given his proven cowardice I am deeply suspicious. I hope it doesn't sound too arrogant to say that I am the greatest Raid Leader in the entire Universe. My inspiring pirate-themed sliloquoys pay dividends once again.

But seriously, great work guys, very well executed, and next week: Hodir+Mimiron!

On a side note, Runfree's SA:R2 have managed to down both Flame Leviathon and Razorscale this week, so mad props to them. We will see how the first ever all SA 25 man goes on Sunday.

Another week and another boss down for Raid 1, this time Freya in a very well executed effort. Tonight, Thorim was bought to ~20% before a wipe, and confidence is high that he will be toppled next week.

Well done Raid 1, let's keep up the steady progression all the way to Yogg!

WoW Progression News : New Ulduar Kills !

I am happy to report that in a single week, Raid 1 topped five new bosses in Ulduar 10 man, leaving our total progress at 7/14. Earlier in the week we picked up XT, Kologarn and then Ignis in fairly short order. Tonight we bested the Iron Council and Auriya. Well done to everyone involved.
